Under the Bioterrorism Act of 2002, all parties manufacturing, holding or otherwise processing food articles or dietary supplements destined for consumption in the United States are required to register their facility with the FDA. In conjunction with this initiative, A.N. Deringer requires it's clients which have elected to declare Deringer on thier registration as their U.S. Agent to re-affirm this relationship annually.
